3. Order Processing & Shipping
At Amami Antwerp, every order is carefully prepared and quality checked before shipment to ensure you receive the highest standard of luxury hair.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Klarna Orders
Orders placed using Klarna may require additional verification for security purposes. As a result, processing times may be slightly longer than our standard processing time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Worldwide Shipping
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Amami Antwerp is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is incorrect or arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

All payments must be made in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
