♡ Can I dye or bleach Amami Antwerp hair?
Yes. Our raw hair is 100% virgin and can be dyed or bleached just like your natural hair. However, we recommend having it done by a professional to maintain the hair’s integrity.
♡How often should I wash my extensions?
We recommend washing your extensions every 1–2 weeks, depending on product build-up and how often you wear them. Always follow with a deep conditioner.
♡ What products do you recommend?
Use moisture-rich products like leave-in conditioners, curl creams, and lightweight oils. Avoid heavy butters that may cause buildup.
For textured wigs or bundles, define curls with water and mousse or curl-enhancing cream.

Our virgin hair bundles can last 1-2 years with proper care. Our raw Cambodian bundles can last 3 to 5 years with proper care.

Minimal shedding is normal, just like your natural hair. To reduce shedding and tangling, seal the wefts and maintain the hair properly. With the right care, our hair will stay soft and manageable.
✦ What’s the difference between raw and virgin hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed, straight from one donor, no steam, no chemicals, no altered textures.
Virgin hair is also from one donor but often steam-processed to create curls or waves.
Raw = pure, natural, untouched.
Virgin = slightly processed, still good but not raw.

⤶ How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 5–10 business days in total, depending on your location. This includes processing and delivery time. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

⤶ Do I have to pay customs fees?
We offer free worldwide shipping, but orders outside of Europe may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Due to hygiene standards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged. In that case, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
