We ship with care, because your hair deserves to arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom wigs or special requests may require extra time — you will be notified via email.

Please note: Total delivery time = 5–10 business days, depending on your location. All orders come with a tracking number. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping. However, please note that orders outside of Europe may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your local regulations.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, worn, or altered in any way. Please make sure you select the correct texture and length before purchasing.

Wrong or Damaged Order?

If you receive the wrong item or your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@amamiantwerp.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, we begin processing your hair and cannot cancel or refund.

  • When customers voluntarily post a video, photo, or review featuring Amami Antwerp hair, this is considered customer experience content.
  • Amami Antwerp reserves the right to reshare or repost this type of content (on Instagram, TikTok, website, or other platforms), always with respect for the customer.
  • This is not a paid collaboration, but user generated content (UGC) – simply to show how the hair looks on real customers.

2. Collaborations & Influencers

  • Paid collaborations or barter deals are only done with influencers or creators with proven reach.
  • A collaboration = a negotiated deal with clear terms.
  • A customer review ≠ a collaboration.


3. Consent & Privacy

  • If your account is public, we may reshare your video/photo (with credit).
  • If your account is private, or if you don’t want us to share your content, we will always respect that – just let us know.

4. Professionalism

  • We handle all customers with respect and professionalism, and we expect the same in return.
  • Discussions about reviews or content should never be made personal. We reserve the right to block customers who communicate disrespectfully or unprofessionally.
